I had a really great experience today buying a mattress! This is a locally owned and run store. They were welcoming to my two kids and super patient with me. Their prices are competitive and they carry some really great quality bedroom furniture too. I would definitely recommend going to ESC if you are shopping for a new mattress!

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. He tell me the difference of the mattress what he recommend that I use. To tell the truth I was looking for a cheaper mattress than I got but old saying you get what you pay for. The quality of the good with the warranty and try out period. Luckily they had the mattress in stock. Was to be delivered the next day but one of the associate said he’ll deliver it and man it was quick. As soon I got home he pulled up and put out. Very good customer service

Joshua did a great job explaining the attributes of different mattresses and the pros and cons of each. It was more like an educational experience than a sales experience.
Joshua provided expert knowledge about the qualities and characteristics of the mattress available. He encouraged me to take my time in making a decision. He went out of his way to provide me with a quality product within my limited timeline. Excellent product and customer service. Matthew was in charge of delivery and set-up of the new boxsprings and mattress. He and his assistant were on time, careful, and efficient in their part of ESC Mattress Center's business.
