RecommendedJoshua and William were very helpful in helping us make our decision to buy the right mattress for our needs. They went out of their way to not only show us different products, but they also described the pros and cons of the products in detail. They took their time to discus and make us aware of the detailed items that need our attention in the contract that we agreed to. So far we are very pleased with our choice of product and the service we have received. More to follow after delivery.

William listened to my needs and helped me find the right fit for my budget and even my "sleeping style," (who knew a softer mattress was better for side-sleepers? ESC did, of course!). RecommendedWe learned a lot about hybrid mattresses. Joshua was very knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly and explained everything we needed to know about the right mattress for us. Ended up getting a great deal and was lucky to get a delivery this coming weekend, we are very happy with the outcome. RecommendedI went in to buy an eggshell cover. They asked me what the issue was and explained to me it probably wouldn’t help. I ended up buying a pillow instead which I love. Very helpful at the store and seriously tried to meet my needs. Your pillow can make a huge difference in your sleep and back and neck. Go see them. 😊
