Customer service is always top notch! These guys work so hard, and go above and beyond! We just bought our third mattress from ESC. The first one was a dog bed, the second one was for our daughter. And now the third was for myself and wifey. I recommend ESC to all my friends and family any chance I get! They care about the products that are in their store. These guys are the greatest! They offer lots of unbiased information, guidance on the best options, and stellar customer service. Just bought my second mattress from them and couldn’t be more pleased. It feels great to support a small business, too.
My experience with ESC was fantastic! It was fast, informative, and I got a great deal on my beds! They were super courteous when they delivered and took the time to make sure the beds were placed where we wanted them without blocking vents or outlets. I almost bought beds online and I'm so glad I walked into this store before I did. I highly recommend checking them out!
My wife and I kicked tires at a few mattress centers, but the no-pressure attitude of Josh and William kept me coming back. I knew they had great prices and literally answered all of my questions two separate times. We tried out a million beds, they played with our kids so we could shop and then when it came time to make the hard decision of picking one, their knowledge base was indispensable. If we had to buy another bed, we would definitely do so at ESC. We had a great experience. They were very professional, and courteous, but not too serious or snobby. They were also extremely knowledgeable. So glad we went and made our purchase at ESC instead of online.
