RecommendedOne of the best shopping customer service experiences I’ve ever had. After numerous stops today and multiple “not-so great” experiences, it was refreshing to walk into ESC, be treated the way we were treated, actually felt like we weren’t being given a bunch of BS, and ended up purchasing a product that we felt was a fantastic product for an excellent price. We will be shopping here again when we upgrade next year for sure!

ESC is a small, owner run business. They are truthful about their products and truly care about your individual sleep needs. You never feel like you’re being “sold” a mattress. Their customer service is one of the best you’ll find now days. Give these guys your business. You won’t need to visit any other chain mattress stores.

Joshua and William were very helpful in helping us make our decision to buy the right mattress for our needs. They went out of their way to not only show us different products, but they also described the pros and cons of the products in detail. They took their time to discus and make us aware of the detailed items that need our attention in the contract that we agreed to.
