We just bought a new mattress/bed from ESC Mattress Center and could not be more pleased! Joshua and Alex were great to work with and made sure that we found a mattress that was right for us. We had not purchased a mattress in quite some time, so were surprised by all the new features. Joshua and William delivered the set up and took the old mattress/box spring away for us. We went into the store just before Black Friday and were welcomed by Josh as he asked us to look around the store while he finished with his customers. When it was our time with him we talked about what what we didn’t like about the bed we were replacing and what we were looking for. He explained what they had and gave us the opportunity to discover what we liked and what felt good. There was no pressure. The best and might I add the only good experience, I’ve ever had at a mattress retailer. My wife and I had purchased a mattress two years ago from a competitor of ESC and spent nearly $2,000 but when we had issues with it we got the run around regarding the warranty. A friend referred us to ESC and said we should at least go speak with them and ask for recommendations so that is what we did. We went to another mattress store but wanted to do our due diligence before making a purchase. Upon arriving at ESC Mattress Center, William eased our fears, educated us on quality and price matched our previous deal. We were thrilled to get what we wanted for the price point we were after. Can't wait to sleep on our new KING bed on Wednesday.

Awesome set of guys who decided to start their own business to give the best customer service and product with honest information and opinions of all the products they carry. I think what sold us is the candid conversation we had about product comparison and price point.
