When the installers came, they did an extensive job cleaning and sealing my deck. It looks brand new. First of all, AMAZING customer service. From the moment I called to request an estimate to the final payment, the ladies in the office 10/10! Very helpful with my many questions and concerns and they explained the warranty thoroughly when I did not understand it at first. The job was scheduled 9/13. Did not arrive as originally scheduled due to equipment issues. We received a call they were running behind but came within 20 min of revised time. Came back the following day to finish the job. Colin and Trey were wonderful. They were professional, courteous and did an outstanding job. *********
