Do not recommend… Maybe this product is good for wood. My concrete has not returned to its original state as marketed and sold. They pressure sprayed some paint off a wall in my garage and pressure washed paint off my front stoop columns, but it states they don’t fix or repair their wrongdoings. We were hired to clean and permanently seal the clients concrete. This is what we did. From the before pictures, it is obvious that quite a bit of red clay was mixed into the concrete when it was poured which can dye the concrete and leave a discolored appearance. There is nothing that we or anybody else could do for this short of repouring the concrete correctly or staining it to color over the blemishes. I called up the people in Raleigh NC, they came out and gave me a quote to strip my deck and seal it. Over 5k total. I pay half. They come out on the date they said they would. June 8th. Said they will be done by the end of the day with the striping and the sealing. 4 hours later and the deck is not stripped and the places they did strip are damaged. Wood is cracked, frayed, pealing. Our sealant was placed on our deck on 8-13-2021.We were given a 25 year warranty. On 8-22-2022 I called the company to complain the sealant was not resistant to weather. I was told to send a photo of the deck that showed mold and water rings which I sent on 9-22-2022. ( I have proof on my phone the pictures were sent.) When I did not hear back from the company, I called again on 10-03-2022. I called again on 10-05 and 10-10. No contact back by the manager, Daniel, person in charge of complaints.
On March 4th, we signed up & paid a deposit. This work was to be done on April 7th at 2 PM. On April 7th, we called to find out if work was still going to be done as it had poured so heavily the night before. We did not see the Ever-Seal Team till after 6 PM (after waiting all afternoon for them - NO CALL). Once they figured out how to do the work, they were working in the dark.
