Our sealant was placed on our deck on 8-13-2021.We were given a 25 year warranty. On 8-22-2022 I called the company to complain the sealant was not resistant to weather. I was told to send a photo of the deck that showed mold and water rings which I sent on 9-22-2022. ( I have proof on my phone the pictures were sent.) When I did not hear back from the company, I called again on 10-03-2022. I called again on 10-05 and 10-10. No contact back by the manager, Daniel, person in charge of complaints.
On March 4th, we signed up & paid a deposit. This work was to be done on April 7th at 2 PM. On April 7th, we called to find out if work was still going to be done as it had poured so heavily the night before. We did not see the Ever-Seal Team till after 6 PM (after waiting all afternoon for them - NO CALL). Once they figured out how to do the work, they were working in the dark.
