How incredibly stupid am I to not have read these reviews first. I have been trying for four months to get followup warranty work done on my deck and still nothing has been done. The work has been scheduled three times and three times they have been a NO SHOW. And not once have I received a call with a reason why. Sold on the Ever-Seal Inc. 25 year warranty. BIG MISTAKE!!! The company’s product failed in less than 6 months - about 24 years and 6 months BEFORE the expiration of the warranty. The salesperson guaranteed the product and hyped the service response of the so-called company. Dear valued customer, our records indicate and can be backed up by our phone recordings that our CEO did in fact call you on 6/2/2025 and left a voicemail that went unreturned. While we are unable to perform any replacements or repairs due to natural defects in the material that are out of Ever-Seals control and were present at the time of installation. We will more than gladly come reseal any concrete that has been replaced per your warranty.
I hired this company to clean and seal my driveway, side walk and porch. I chose them because of the 25 year warranty. I paid over $6100 down and the service was performed a month later. Their floor cleaner obviously was not working properly as it cleaned about a 5 inch strip and left about an 11 inch strip that was not cleaned which was repeated resulting in striping my whole driveway and in different directions on different sections. This company is a scam Do not let them fool you. They are misleading their customers. Their product could be clear fingernail polish for all we know. My wood deck seemed to go down hill a lot faster than with nothing on it. They don’t even offer to give partial refund. They want you to pay cost of replacing deck and they will come back over to seal again at no charge I was told that I may have had moisture in the brand new treated wood before they sealed Yeah, sealed Right. I had my deck pressure washed and treated over a year ago. The service was horrendous-left early, back the next day & in a hurry, left my furniture they used out in the yard, AND left their trash. I asked Pedro to be sure to get the spindles. He gave me the excuse that it would soak in, which, of course, it does not. This product, the workers and the salesman are nothing but a 2020s scam. I had this product applied to a new construction deck build. Six months later, the wood is gray and the boards were cupping. It took almost 3 months to get my salesman back out to look at the deck. He had every excuse in the book. It was the wood, it was the sun, it was the rain. I met with the sales representative. He was very pleasant and helpful. He explained the whole process. When Jacob came out to perform the job, he was already complaining about how he could not do the job on the patio. He was also complaining about the salesperson, stating that he did not do his job because he was new.
