I had gotten hoodwinked into a plan with a third party vendor, when I contacted ***** and team together help me out of it and into an ********* plan. They were kind, thoughtful, patient, and refreshingly honest.

Called this company to advise them that my father in law has passed away almost 10 years ago and I got a letter in the mail to activating vehicle coverage on a ********************************************** on hold and hung up the second ****** was very rude when I was kindly giving him information about this ****** has been deceased since 2017. I paid this plan loyaly for a little over a 1yr after a year I finally needed to use them my policy states they reimburse car rental $50 a day up to 5 days. So when problem arise I call evercare state that I need to turn in my car for issue. My wife and I received also a Bright Pink paper with Time Sensitivethen it says in ALL CAPS THIS LETTER IS TO INFORM YOU and the goes on to say if we dont call before 7/3/26 all repairs on our care that we would be financially liable for all repairs?? Seems like this SCAM should at least address it to the registered owner my wife and not me. Our elderly mom purchased a new ******* in 2023. The warranty is 5 yr/60k miles limited and 10 yr/100k for power train. She got a letter from Evercare (fine print at bottom) with Time Sensitive in bold red letters at top. It had her vehicle info including VIN and Huindai listed so she thought it was from manufacturer and she called. High pressure sales pitch, you must make decision now. Its a one time opportunity. Received a "time sensitive" notice by mail that my factory warranty (on a very specific vehicle) has expired. My address is registered in a confidential protection program through my Secretary of State for DV reasons. I ran a car insurance quote for this vehicle with a company and I believe this is how Evercare pirated my info. Gross and shameful marketing. Hard pass on this company.

I received a letter that was sent to an address I haven't lived at for 5 years, in an envelope that bore no return address. It was attempting to badger me into calling to seek warranty coverage for a vehicle that I had never owned or leased. I checked the name and phone number on the letter and all sites indicated that it was fraudulent. In tiny print, at the bottom of the letter, it lists this company as the administrator for the service contract.
