I had gotten hoodwinked into a plan with a third party vendor, when I contacted ***** and team together help me out of it and into an ********* plan. They were kind, thoughtful, patient, and refreshingly honest.
Business response:
Good afternoon *****:Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a positive review. We are very happy our representatives were able to assist you. Have a great day, and thank you.
As a customer, I have had an outstanding experience with Evercare Protection regarding automotive coverage. I never had any problems getting back to my vehicle. I found their high level of professionalism.
Business response:
Hi ****, we appreciate the lovely feedback about our professional service at Evercare Protection, LLC. Thank you for choosing our plan, and have a great day!
I received a letter that was sent to an address I haven't lived at for 5 years, in an envelope that bore no return address. It was attempting to badger me into calling to seek warranty coverage for a vehicle that I had never owned or leased. I checked the name and phone number on the letter and all sites indicated that it was fraudulent. In tiny print, at the bottom of the letter, it lists this company as the administrator for the service contract.
Business response:
Dear ******,EverCare Protection is the administrator of vehicle service contracts. We DO NOT send offers to potential consumers. The offer you received by mail must have been from a Third Party Selling agent. Please contact whatever company sent you the letter in the mail so that they may remove you from their mailing list. Thank you and have a great day.
I have received 13 Final Notices from these people. How in the world are they still in good standing with BBB? No doubt the target the elderly community and probably have seniors that buy into their scam. So sad

These scammers mailed an alarming FINAL NOTICE regarding my automobile's warranty coverage. When I called to investigate the customer service person continued to talk over me as I was asking questions. He insisted to know how many miles I had on the car. He then thanked me for the information I provided and added that my vehicle will now be covered for an additional 7 years. When I objected to the additional coverage he demanded to know why I wont not want additional coverage.
Business response:
To Whom This May Concern: we apologize that you had rude or poor customer service. However, the customer service experience that you may have had was not with EverCare Protection. Evercare Protection is the administrator of the policies that pay claims for vehicle and home repairs. We suggest looking at the customer code that's on the mailer you received and call to make sure you are removed from that company's mailing list. We believe you have us confused with another company.
They are sending notices to a community of elderly people. These notices are written as (what seems to be) final notices. As if we owe or need to acquire something. When elderly read this they get scared as if they did something wrong or missed a payment. Such notices are just cruel & deceiving. STOP TARGETING THE ELDERLY!

Ive recieved multiple pieces of mail from this company. Ive never inquired from this company for services. They sent me letters for vehicles I dont even own. There are multiple ****** reviews saying the same thing. How they have an "A" with the BBB is blasphemy

i just received a letter telling me that i would be liable if i didn't activate with them then after speaking a little about where i purchased my car from he said the wrong place and but thought it was right that gave me a weird feeling and i asked the name of the place that was contacting me i looked it up while still on the phone with him and said no i am all set. It's definitely giving scam vibes no return address no logo with the company's name and look up this " ********* ********" person aka program coordinator

I have no association with this company. I was sent a threatening letter telling me I needed to get my service contract up to date on my car...that this might be my only opportunity to activate my *************** Contract. The letter says to call them by Nov. 7/25 with my vehicle's *** number. If I had a contract with them, wouldn't they already have the *** number? ***, they identified my car's make and model and year correctly, so they must have access to public records that indicate that information. Also, I bought extend... read more
