This is a scam...sent me a notice in the mail stating my coverage is expiring. I just bought my car a year ago with a ****** mile warranty so I knew something wasn't right....I called the number and they asked me several questions and wanted me to verify my answer and read my purchase contract to them....I FLAT REFUSED! I HUNG UP AND BLOCK THE NUMBER!

I have experienced Evercare 'Protection' as a big scam. Months ago, after purchasing my new Lexus car from the Lexus showroom, I got a piece of mail informing me that my car warranty had expired. I already purchased a warranty on my car when I bought it, and had recently been to the dealership, I believed that I was receiving correct information regarding a real warranty expiration. Shady.Great advertising scheme, right from ***************************** cell.****** was great, explained that it only took five minutes of my time to explain to him that I already have coverage. I was unaware it was an expectation set upon myself when buying a car, shame on the dealership for not explaining. if you don't call, you can expect an excessive number of rebuking notifications. I continue to receive these 'mysterious' letters with NO IDENTIFYING information about your company, just a random 888 number and a scare tactic to active coverage before it's too late. I called the number to ask why I keep receiving these as I already have a warranty. The person I spoke with said the mystery company is Evercare and to look it up on BBB. I wish there was an option to give no stars. Evercare Protection LLC, has sent me EIGHT unsolicited notices for their vehicle service contract. This advertisement is very clever in how it is put together, there is no mention that it is even from Evercare, or who exactly who they are, let alone a return mailing address. Same thing - a bunch of junk mail with no identifying info on it, but somehow they had my vehicle and personal info. I had a **** truck but sold it and tried to call to let them know that there was no vehicle to cover.
