Wish I could give no stars. Beware of this company. As others noted, they used fear to sell their service to my elderly mother. She ended up giving them her debit card information over the phone and we are now disputing it. When I called to ask for details on the service she paid for, they became hostile and insulting. Complete fraud.

This company sends unsolicited mail without stating who the Company is in the letter sent. I am a retired State Budget Analyst from the *********** and I believe that this company is possibly using fraudulent methods to sell their products. Dont use any company that doesnt clearly state their identity in correspondence that they send you. I called to find their name and see they are only three years old. If you need extended warranty, first ask your dealership for recommendations.

This company, Evercare, misrepresented themselves with a letterhead from Lexus. They used fear to persuade my elderly mother to buy their extended lease. When I intercepted and asked a few questions, the salesperson was cagey in his responses and then rude. I called Lexus directly after the call and they confirmed that this was a third party vendor that buys lists and that the information in the letter was false. Please BEWARE!

I recieved a letter about my extended warrany price going up if I did not call *****-???-???? by Jan 29,2022.Well I called ****** where my vehicle is LEASED thru and they definately did NOT send this letter out.I do not like the fact that "anyone" can find my address and what kind of vehicle I have and send these scam letters out.It needs to be STOPPED

I know for a fact that you guys don't send out mailers to people about your services I've seen it on this webpage now I don't care if you do or not if it's the third party trying to sell stuff and you guys don't do it doesn't that mean you should know who's doing it and you should stop them you don't they have to like get approval to sell your product or just any douche waffle can do it? I'm dead serious like you should have a list of companies that sell for you, I am so tired of getting these mailers for a car I've never ow... read more

Evercare sold my parents a warranty policy and were rude and argumentative when we tried to cancel. My mother hasn't driven a car in 3 years and my dad is 92!! Don't need a reason to cancel a policy that should never have sold them in the first place. Guess my parents will never see that money again. When I suggested I report them to Attorney General **** just laughed. Rude and condescending to me and my father.

VERY rude "customer service". Sent unsolicited mail when I am on the list to not receive junk mail.
