The biggest QUESTION I have is that all of the reviews here are so NEGATIVE about this company. How is BBB still giving them an A+? It is so rediculus. I got a card in the mail from them that my car is running out of warranty. So I knew what I knew this MUST be a scam kind of deal, I call and speak to a representative, forgetting his idiot name. This company is a scam. Do not respond to their mailers. Report them to the Attorney General for deceptive practices. They prey on the naivety of care owners.

************ sending fliers in the mail, telling people that their vehical warranty is about to expire, or not covered.Told me my truck was not under warranty, even though I called the dealership beforehand. Because I know how these "businesses" operate. They pray on the unknowledgeable. Feel free to leave you reply Everclear.

*********************** is one of their employees. He would not let my Mom cancel this scam coverage which she mistakenly took. He claims my DAD signed up for this at the end of November after my DAD passed away Nov 3rd. We canceled the payments through Paylink a company they use. **** stated he was the manager when I asked to be put through. He the stated if I cared about my Mom, I should keep this coverage for her because this coverage covers DOOR handles. He should be ashamed of himself.

This company uses fear and fraud to sell its product and when you try to reach a supervisor they will not put it through. This company should lose its insurance license.

Scam alert! I have received a few Final Notices all saying my extended warranty is about to expire or the latest one about a price increase. My warranty is not even close to ending. After I received the first one I called them up to have my address removed from the mailing list, I received a couple more over the next few months. Just called them up again and asked to have my address removed from the mailing list and that I have already called and asked to have them do it and was just throwing the notices away. Received a postcard in the mail with a number to call, to reach this company regarding an "expiring warranty". I gave them a call with the intent to ask to be removed from any list they had, as I have extended coverage from the dealership we purchased from. The representative I spoke to, ****, was condescending, aggressive, dismissive and downright combative. *************** Complete scam. Received a postcard in the mail to get coverage. Called to ask them to delete the file. "*******" was extremely rude and condescending. Would not let me speak, told me I was going to have car problems, and in general, was a complete jerk. This would be the last company on earth I would ever do business with. Wish I could give a negative star review.
