The EverDry team from the representative who conducted the initial inspection and provided the estimate to the crew who completed the job were excellent. Everyone was professional, respectful, patiently and explained the work tasks each day. They cleaned up outside around the foundation and inside the basement at the end of each day. We originally had Everdry out to waterproof our Meridian Kessler basement (IYKYK) 5 years ago. This included the interior basement wall French drain as well as some exterior wall drainage that empties into a drywall in the backyard. The work has been nearly perfect. Original installation by prior regime was a mess, but the new leadership over at Everdry Indy has rectified all major issues and has made good on the warranty (which is a fantastic deal, so stay current on it!). Overall, they?ve corrected some major water issues in our home, and I?m pleased with the service and the system.

I had high hopes for EverDry Indianapolis, but they rely heavily on cookie-cutter solutions. My non-traditional layout required a painful journey of numerous return visits just to stop water intrusion.Their warranty covers future seepage, but the process completely lacks coordination. Fixing issues required two separate appointments weeks apart. Supervisors lacked expertise outside standard setups, deflected responsibility, and gave crews conflicting instructions.
