In 2017 we had Everdry Waterproofing do our basement. The guys were quick and professional. The basement looks great and we have not had any issues with it.

From the sales person who came by to inspect my basement to the workers who came by to do the work inside and outside of my home. Everybody was very respectful and friendly. No matter how many questions I asked or how many times I attempted to ask the same question to understand what I was being told. They had no problem answering me over and over. They made a point to clean up after themselves keeping everything the way they found it if not better when they left.

Everdry Waterproofing was great from the start of the process till the end. And since with any questions that may have come up. Plus, great with the warranty process too. I have referred them to anyone that has asked me "how has everything been going with my basement". 2 people have used "Everdry Waterproofing ", that I know. They have been very happy with the results also!

The team that installed our system worked very hard for a few days to get the job done. But.... Everdry has been back for warranty 4 or 5 times now.... The salesman said they would dig down until they saw no cracks in the block but Everytime warranty has had to come out it was because they did not dig deep enough from the start. Everdry came out and had everything installed within 4 days! We did have an issue after and they got someone out asap to look at the problem and get us on the books to have it fixed. Great workers and great service

I had a good experience with Everdry of Greater Indianapolis. Firstly I do not usually do business from a knock on the door. I?m glad I excepted a free inspection. I found more issues than I was allowing myself to face. This was an expensive investment I could no longer afford to put off. It?s been almost a year since the waterproofing of my basement which consists of inside and outside improvements. While we didn't do the original waterproofing (the previous homeowners did), it's been great that the warranty was transferrable because we had a small leak under the basement stairs that was fixed within days of requesting service at no cost. So far the warranty has been as good as advertised, which is rare these days. We also plan to rip out some old cabinets and they are going to come back for free to finish the waterproofing behind the cabinets where it really needs to be.
