Everlast recently installed a shower in our bathroom, in place of the old bathtub. Ari was very professional and friendly. We were especially impressed with the level of customer service; they went to great lengths to make sure we were happy with the final product. During the time we work on the bath we ask about our kitchen and Ari was very helpful and we end-up doing our small kitchen as well. My home was in need of a new roof and I wanted to put a Skylight in as well. I received many quotes , but I loved the honesty of what was really needed from everlast! The job was done in a good amount of time and very efficient! They also did extra things for me that weren't included in the contract and left me with an amazing warranty. I get the impression dealing with service people is like throwing darts. You focus on the goal, use your best finesse- let that baby fly and still just hope for the best. I can't say enough good things about Ari and his crew. Ari was with us from the start---from the design phase through to the finishing touches. As a designer, he was amazing. He was quick to respond and get us new drafts of designs. He was also very patient with us while we made big decisions or added on new ideas. The first thing I wanted done was the kitchen and bathroom. Hands-down, they are the most awesome crew to work with! Ari took the time needed with us to make sure both remodels were to our desire. Even with me changing my mind several times at the last minute, he still accommodated with a smile. The follow up once the installation is complete is top notch.
