The price was reasonable for all they did including several changes we requested midstream. Gutted entire bathroom floor, walls and ceiling. Then built new floor and encapsulated floor, walls, and ceiling with cement boards. Next they did an excellent tile job for four feet up from the floor with a string of decorator tiles inserted 20 inches apart. We would highly recommend Everlast Construction. Ariel Baleli, our sales rep. was great to work with. Very professional. Terrific communication with us. Great at explaining things to us, told us what to expect, answered all our questions, kept us in the loop each step of the way. For our huge project we had to find company that can do all of that was hard. Most of the companies out there have there own trade or they are general that hire sub contractors. I wanted 1 stop shop for all the work we needed. Its always easier when you have 1 person from 1 company that you deal with. Where to begin? I didn't even have a Angie`s List before this whole ordeal. I got myself into a really tight deadline and had 3 weeks to redo the entire living room and kitchen. So i call Everlast construction they send me there specialist. he was very professional and had great ideas about design and even better know where to save money and where he could he offer me always few options and i choose what i liked. They had the whole deal bond insurance and it was great experience for me. The supervisor was on the job site every day sometime twice a day to make sure they doing it right also something that i know not all companies have that. It was awful. I had to fire them. The work was poorly done. They failed every inspection at least once. We were told the project would take 30 days and we finally fired them after 4 months. The collected money from my son while we were on vacation before the completion of the milestones, which, as I understand it, is illegal. DO NOT HIRE THEM or you will regret it. Working with Everlast was a negative experience and I can't recommend them. My project was complex, involving full remodel of kitchen/bathroom/living room/laundry room, building a ground floor addition, removing a main structural wall, and replacing the back deck. We're home reno veterans so I understand about unexpected surprises and reasonable industry-standard quality. Made an appointment for someone to come by a give me a quote. Waited, and waited without any communication from them at all. Should have known because a reputable business would have called to confirm. So... no call, no show, no job for them! Wanted a quote for a new roof
