My stay here at Eversfield was a short post operative 'respite' one. I was able to gain strength from the comfort and care given by the residential staff, their kindness and cheerfulness were really reassuring - Like walking sunshine. I particularly appreciated the professional handling of my medication, which I had felt too tired to deal with on arrival. I came as a visitor to a friend. Was very impressed by how clean and pleasant it was. Staff are very friendly, helpful and lots around. Rooms are large and spacious with all facilities catered for. Menu looked great with lots of variety. Up to par with five star hotel.

My mum spent 7 weeks in hospital and needed more care and support and from the moment I was greeted at Eversfield by the lovely Chloe I was made to feel comfortable and heard, she listened to everything I said and was very empathetic, she gave me the tour of Eversfield and was very informative, I came across several members of staff who were all so welcoming. Comments are made as an occasional visitor, so based on limited exposure to the home. All staff encountered or dealt with have been very friendly, welcoming, helpful and accommodating. In particular I have been impressed by how accommodating and flexible the home has been in connection with a pre-Christmas party for my mother; the food for which was also excellent in quality and quantity.

I had spent 8 weeks in hospital after having an amputation and numerous falls. I am also a Type 1 diabetic with heart failure. I needed a short time of continued nursing care while recovering enough to go home. Eversfield was so welcoming and friendly that I immediately felt comfortable. There is nothing I would want to criticise. My visitors were made most welcome too and appreciated their coffee and biscuits in the lovely conservatory. My wife could relax knowing I was being looked after so well.

My mother was admitted on Monday, 10th November. From the admission day, the home were so welcoming, we were offered a meal with mum, and the food was delicious and very well presented. Mum's room is beautiful with an en-suite and garden view. Staff are always smiling, and the care is excellent. The home manager met us and answered all of our questions. She did not rush us and was very informative. It is a lovely home.
