The building, the garden, the facilities and the activities are excellent. But what makes Eversfield the wonderful place it is, is the staff. My mum never fails to tell me how fantastic everyone is, not only in the superior care they provide her but simply because every single one of them is a “lovely” person. My dad came to Eversfield in January 2023 despite him having some illnesses which has set him back healthwise the care of all the staff has been amazing. His needs have changed substantially and we are kept fully informed about changes in his care. The night staff are incredible and of course, everyone, senior staff, carers, chefs and cleaners, all give Dad time and care.

Very comfortable and friendly place to live. A good choice of rooms of varying sizes. Plenty of activities for residents. Staff are kind and caring and family and visitors are welcome. I would recommend Eversfield if you are looking for somewhere homely.

The overall experience is good. One thing I would pick up on is access to the home, it would be really helpful if relatives could have a key or access code to the home. There have been a number of times we've had to wait on the cold porch at weekends or after reception has gone home.

All the staff enjoy caring for your father and getting to know him and his wonderful friends. Due to the security of the home, we would not be able to give you an access code or a key to the home. We have brought this to the attention of the weekend staff and out-of-hours staff. If you are still continuing to have access situations, please can you let me or the General Manager, know.
Mum has been a resident for about nine years, and dad joined her there nearly two years ago. Being residents has meant that they can be together, something that would not be possible if they were trying to remain in the family home. They both get the care they need in a supportive and caring environment, which reduces the work for the rest of the family.

A beautiful home staffed by a team of caring assistants on a day-to-day basis. My father has recently become a resident and settled quickly because of their care and patience. The home is a calm and well-appointed place with daily activities for those who wish to remain active and participate. My family is delighted we found this home for my father.

The whole atmosphere of Eversfield is that of a highly professional but very friendly care home which is reflected in the standard of care for the residents and visitors alike. The facilities and cleanliness are first-rate with outstanding staff who really do care about the residents and visiting families.
