I had so bad haircut that I prefer to hide it! I called for appointment they told as Groupon customer I CAN'T make appointment on Friday, Saturday & Sunday also I CAN'T chooses my preferred staff. The lady over phone was so rude as if they are giving me a free service! After I finished they charged me extra money! Again to mention the lady in front desk need to learn minimum manners! Disgusting😠

Had long hair decided I need a change... Leon did a great job with my short cut I got so many compliments!
Most horrible experience. I went there to get my hair trimmed, but the person who did my hair just chopped off the length and the cut was not even straight. If you have long hair, this is not the place for you as the good stylists will not be interested in investing time and will hand you over an inexperienced junior stylist.
Told me that I will not be able to buy the coupon even though I had already bought it. They told me it was sold out. Then after arguing they sent me to another salon across the street. Exceedingly displeased.

The hair stylist comment that she never did hair like mine before. I have regular hair just a little curly. When I complained her teacher came over and fix my hair a little bit better. I am 64 years old and and always get complimented on my hair texture because of my thick hair and curls. I though getting my hair down in Manhattan was going to be a better experience. I will never try another Groupon for my hair.
If I could give this salon 0 stars I would. I requested no ammonia no peroxide hair color to cover the few Gray hairs I had on my roots and add a little shine to the rest of my hair. I specifically said no lifting of my color wanted. They totally ignored my request and changed both the color and texture of my hair. Very disappointing. I requested semi permanent color. Everyone knows what that is but the employee I had the consultation and services with at this salon.
