So bad experience!!! Don't chose Pi!
I don't know the man's name that cut my hair, but he had no technique to cut my hair in the way that I brought in the picture to follow. He only gave me a plain basic cut for Asians, only something he knew how to do with disregarding the details of the hairstyle in the picture. I came out with a very boring cut.
I loved the haircut that Nancy did and the highlights.

The owners and front desk are very rude both on the phone and during my visit. I called and made an appointment 4 days prior and when I arrived they "forgot" to write down my appointment. Charged me $15 extra for a senior stylist. Asked for blonde hair like actress Michelle Williams, walked out with Big Bird yellow hair. DON'T GO HERE!
