Went in for balayage and walked out some yellow streaks that make me look like Kelly Clarkson circa 2005. Was charged an extra $150 for toner and got the worst "highlights" ever. Nothing about my hair resembles balayage at all . I'm embarrassed to wear it down until I have it fixed . At least the staff was nice enough .
The root touch up was good, but the hair cut and blow dry failed to make my hair straight. With curly hair you have to spend a long time blowing it out, and really work on it. That is what you pay for.
The salon is clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Got a great cut and color. Going back for more

I keep going back...Joanne rocks! I've not gotten this many compliments on my hair in years! The staff are all really nice and it's always a very pleasant experience. I definitely recommend!!!
The salon is very big, nice, and clean. Appointment was easy to make, I asked for a next day appointment during lunch and that was no problem. No extra fee for long hair. You'll be charged tax at salon. Friendly staff.
Daisy was amazing, and my cut looked exactly how I wanted. Will be returning.
