It was clean, a big + from me, hardly any wait time. Everyone from the receptionist, intake person, nurses and the dr I saw we’re all very caring and so nice (sorry I don’t have names). I would definitely recommend Exceptional Emergency Center- Port Arthur on Hwy 365.
1st trip there today. The people were patient, kind, and competent. It was an emotionally comfortable experience. If I’m in need of care when my regular doctor is unavailable, I’m going there.
When I called they were ready to help. Very nice. Was greeted right when I walked in. There was no wait. the nurse and doctor were extremely nice.
No long waits. Very clean and a very kind staff.
They were knowledgeable, knew what they were doing. Had a good house doctor, had COVID testing done which was negative, I was very impressed, the wait was not to very long. Will go back!
