RecommendedThey saw both me and my daughter pretty much at the same time. Her for a possible ruptured eardrum, me for a kidney stone. Care was quick and though they couldn’t tell if the eardrum was ruptured because of swelling, they treated it like it was, giving her antibiotics and a referral to local ENTs. I was given fluids and pain medicine, as well as a referral to local urologists. All in all, the care was quick, compassionate, and good.

RecommendedI went to Exceptional ER for an infection in my knee and they took real good care of me. Started me in antibiotics and did x-rays. Everyone was very professional and very friendly and calmed my fears. I would recommend Exceptional ER to everyone.

RecommendedI called Exceptional Emergency Center in Port Arthur when I fell and they attended to my injuries right away. The staff, nurse and x- ray techs were all friendly, caring and professional. Dr. Riggins was very good at explaining my injury and the care I should follow. Dr. Riggins even took my call when I had questions about a prescription the pharmacy did not have available at the time and spoke to me about alternatives / options suitable for my needs.
