Went in after taking a bad fall while fishing on Pleasure Island. I needed 4 stitches in my head, and a CT scan. Nothing offered for pain, although I had bled profusely from a gash on my head. The physician gave me a scripted speech about why he couldn't prescribe anything stronger than Tylenol #3. These physicians are more afraid of the DEA, than they are concerned about patient care. Took my son here for some sort of rash on his foot, the doctor looked at it him for 5 minutes and said “I’ve never seen this, take him somewhere else”. My child is clearly in pain and they literally did nothing for him.

took grandbaby for fever, no breathing issues whatsoever yet Covid was shoved down the parents throats. refused testing as it doesnt mean covid is what everyone has. dont make the parents feel like bad parents when they refuse because that's is not the issue.

By far the worst experience I have ever encountered at any facility in my life. The little brat working the front desk needs to learn something about customer service and the way to speak to people. Yes, I understand everybody is stressed right now due to COVID, but the fact of the matter if that this little girl was rude to everyone who walked through the door that most of them turned around and walked out. I would rather walk barefoot over legos before ever going back to this facility.

We made appointments for 8:40 and 9:00 pm to be tested for COVID and it is now almost midnight and we have yet to be called to come in and be tested. All we're told is they don't know a timeline that there are still ER patients in the back.
