What an amazing experience. The sales associate Queen was sweet and patient in explaining everything, answering all my questions up until the delivery. The delivery guys arrived early and were very fast and professional. I am beyond happy with my experience at exclusive and will not be going anywhere else for furniture. 10/10 for customer service and for the product as well. I love my couch, it is big and beautiful and lights up my living room.

had a great experience here today with Kevin. I appreciated his attention to my kids, they loved talking You-Tubers with him while I shopped. The manager Craig was also very helpful in helping me get what worked for me. I can’t wait to get my sectional delivered this week. I’m thankful that their inventory is in stock, unlike most other furniture stores right now. Thank you Kevin and Craig!
