We purchased a sectional two weeks ago. Queenette our sales person was awesome. I told her what I wanted and didn't want and she took me to the perfect sectional. Everyone was nice and professional. I love my new furniture! The delivery guys were professional and courteous. Then today we were surprised with a "Thank you" delivery of Tiffs Treats from Exclusive Furniture. A dozen cookies! Still warm, too! We've been so pleased and will definitely come back when we decide to purchase more furniture.

Tia at the 59 southwest location was awesome she been working with me for months .very patient and understanding am happy she was the person I worked with ask for her when shopping .

Great service, selection and prices!
First time visiting Exclusive Furniture on West Bellfort in Richmond today and had a very pleasant experience. We were graced with a glass of wine while we shopped. The salesperson Rebecca Guerrero was very helpful. We felt welcomed from the time we walked in the door to the moment we walked out. The furniture there was very nice, as well. We will definitely be visiting again in the future.
