We were received by Salesperson, Mr. Patrick Hurd, when my sister in law, niece & I, entered the showroom. He had a big nice smile on his face & received us with a handshake; in a very professional manner. After we told him what I was looking for, a bed frame & mattress. He made some recommendations & comparisons. The whole entire staff are simply AWESOME!!!! They are very helpful and took the time to show me all the inventory and listen to what I was looking for in a bed. Needless to say I am pleased with their customer service and I did by a bed set!!!! 💕🎈

I never post negative reviews, but because this experience was so incredibly bad, I felt compelled to. DO NOT BUY FROM EXCLUSIVE FURNITURE!!! The furniture quality is TERRIBLE, their "warranty company" is a joke, and the store management doesn't seem to care at all about Customer satisfaction and/or retention! I paid almost $3k and was delivered a broken couch, with snags in the cushion's fabric that have since ripped, and feathers visibly falling out of the pillows! I don't recommend the leather bonded furniture from them and do not let them talk you into the warranty for it. It's a waste of money. I bought a couch and was told the warranty covered everything from peeling, cracking, pet damage, to the motor going out in your Recliner. Well I purchase the warranty and let's say that was a waste of money. The warranty doesn't cover, peeling, cracking of the leather. So now I'm having to buy a new couch. We purchased a sofa and loveseat. We had damage to a cushion that is covered under the warranty we purchased. It took almost two mo. to get a new cushion and then when it arrived it was for a loveseat and not a sofa. They also sent someone out to inspect the stitching on the sofa as it is unraveling. The gentleman felt it should be replaced, two months later it is still out of stock. It is no longer on their website that they sell it, and they have no estimated date of arrival. This whole thing has been a big sham!!
