Bought our furniture with warranty, dealing with warranty claim since March 2020. It is August now, claim just got approved in July, and every time I call the store to speak to the manager, the manager doesn’t ever come on the phone. It’s crazy how easy you guys sell warranty at the time of purchase and make the whole process sound so much easier. Never going to buy from exclusive furniture ever again!

After waiting 90 days ( with no follow up from the salesman) I had to call them for updates on my custom couch. Upon delivery, my couch was delivered missing parts!!! The delivery team said they would bring me the parts later that day and did not. The customer service team said they would follow up, and didn’t. I then kept calling them for updates and was told I need to wait another 90 days to get the back pillows to my couch. They are doing NOTHING to accommodate their mistake. HORRIBLE customer service! I do not recommend

I will not be purchasing through exclusive furniture again. Ordered my new living room couch 2 and a half months ago. Emptied out my living room, set aside the day for delivery and got rid of my previous furniture to make room for the new large sectional we purchased... upon delivery we discovered the couch was missing the essential back pillows that form the back seating. After speaking with customer service, their solution was to reorder the pillows. That will take 3 WEEKS minimum! So meanwhile, I’m left with a couch that ... read more

Previously shopped here before had no issues until now. Made a pre order purchase 4 months ago and have been patiently waiting for my order to come in which should of been a week and a half ago and no one has called to let me know that the pieces I had ordered were in fact discontinued this whole time. Every time I would call I would get different answers and no one would know what was going on and then told they will call me back and never do. Placed a custom order for bar stools on 02/19/2019. Informed that it would take 4-6 weeks to deliver. Contacted Exclusive furniture on 4/23, 5/1, 5/21, 5/27, 7/8 to inquire, given the run around. Finally on 7/8, I was told the wood finish I ordered was on back order. I then selected a new wood finish. I was told the order would be expedited. It has been 5 weeks since the change was made. So far I have had the worst experience! I purchased a sectional sofa and over size chair at the beginning of January. My sectional was delivered on time but my oversized chair has still not been delivered. No one called me so by March I called and the chair was in. When it was delivered, it was severely damaged! The leather had 7 cuts on it and it was a very small chair nothing close to a chair and a half. Which I was told by a store manager that I would be getting. We measured it and all.
