Exclusive Furniture is the worst. Managers don't honor the word of their sales associates. We purchased one of those fancy adjustable base beds in a split king. Of course there weren't any in the show room, but the sales associate never explained that the gap between the beds would be like the grand canyon. What he did tell me, when I reached about our dissatisfaction, was that once we had slept on it the minimum days (their comfort policy I guess) we'd be able to return it as long as we paid the restocking fee, and we'd hav... read more

I would never purchase furniture from here again we got our bedroom set delivery guys great but or dresser and night stand everything filled dust cleaning it is a nightmare for what we pay it shouldn't have all this wood dust then not even a month later our dresser drawers started falling apart everything was being sent via email all they wanted was pictures i sent everything they asked 2 weeks later nothing scheduled to be fixed i called manager was great everything moved smoothly when repair guy showed up pulled dresser wh... read more

Buyer beware! Pay attention and ask questions before purchasing anything from them. I do take responsibility for not doing my due diligence, so I will just be waiting for an unknown delivery date. I will not be shopping there again and will not recommend them to my friends and family.

Notice damage to sofa, informed delivery guys. One made call to warehouse to report it. Said that someone is going to call about delivery of the replacement. 24+ hours have go by nothing. Sales agent Patrick text Friday night asking how the delivery went. Texted back not good the sofa was damaged, he was going to look into. No word yet. Call him Saturday AM, spoke with him . Salesman said they had what we wanted. Get to the warehouse and they give us something that's a different color. Now, no one can help change it. We already paid and they aren't holding up their end. They just want their money, it doesn't matter if you get exactly what you ordered and instead of a refund for not delivering what we ordered the manager tried to convince us to get store credit. WARNING! NEVER BUY FROM EXCLUSIVE FURNITURE! YOU WILL BE CHEATED AND SCAMMED! I went to buy a dining table in July at their Richmond outlet. The salesperson was Bert and the manager was Robert. We really liked a dining table and the 6 chairs that went with it. Without hesitation, we bought it because it really fit into our new home.
