What a pleasant experience! Trivana and Starr took complete care of me and the three of us had a nice laugh. They are complete pros with big smiles and personalities that shine. When I saw the unit, I was amazed at how clean all of the walls and floors were. I saw two other facilities and was completely disgusted and thought I wouldn't be able to keep my items in storage. I'm glad I decided to visit Extra Space in midtown. THANK YOU!

I am have been in medical sales for many years. I have lived all over the county and always have rented a storage unit for work. The facility is great. Good security, very safe, easy to access the unit. The best part of this business is the employee's. I'm a huge believer in customer service. If you are investing you money in a business you want to be treated well. Star, and the manager, Liza ( spelling wrong) are simply wonderful. Leiza and the other ladies in the office are super! So helpful. This was a great experience with no hidden fees, and I know I received a fair price for a secure unit. I couldn't believe what a great location this is for anyone in midtown or nearby, convenient and feels safe. My one disappointment, that has absolutely nothing to do with the staff, is that when going to add items to my unit on the weekends, I'v found that there are people standing around waiting for a cart to be available. i believe there are only three at thi... read more

This location is AWESOME!!! I called at 5pm in need of a storage facility and spoke with Krystal. I asked her if I can view one today and she informed me the last viewing was at 5:30, so needless to say I hopped in my car and made it there by 5:10pm. Krystal was very thorough, knowledgable, and had THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! She showed me the unit and how to access it, as well as an alternative location in case I didn't want ground floor. Plenty of spaces to park and unload and they make it easy to get up to your unit with a push cart, too. The best feature is that you can get items shipped to the address with your unit number and the UPS/FedEx dude will put stuff in your unit for you. Ummmm...that's incredible. Had to take care of all of the necessaries at the front desk and the woman behind the counter was a joy to work with. She was conversational and interested in my needs.
