This storage facility raises your rates after three months of storage. They also find a way to keep you locked in and charging more because they lock your items up. The basement in the facility has flooded several times and the property gets broken into and vandalized a lot. I would not recommend this property to anyone. While they were very pleasant when we moved in, we didn't realize this was a bait and switch operation. We just received notice that they will be raising our rental rates. Although according to the terms of our Rental Agreement, we can cancel the contract within ten days of receiving the rate increase notice, I am sure they know the cost of renting a moving truck and a wasted day of lugging our things to a new facility will probably just make us eat the extra monthly fee. This is just bad business ethics. RENTER BEWARE!!!
RATES INCREASE OFTEN ... BE VERY CAREFUL! They start out with reasonable rates, but will increase several times a year. What might look like a deal when you move in can quickly become a trap because you won't want the expense or hassle of moving again. They know this, and they are snakes for taking advantage of us. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I moved into extra space after having mold in my public storage supposedly climate control unit. I was impressed with their units and their staff and told I them what a nightmare public storage is. They agreed said they get a lot of public storage customers. I just find out they sold the building I moved into on lower roswell to the enemy public storage. They gave no warning and said nothing. Do Not Trust Them!
