Highly recommend!!! Always helpful when you call or go there...I just love, love Eric! Grounds and hallways to units are always clean. No surprise when it comes to your payment because they definitely will call you and let you know but I love it and need it sometime because It does slip my mind.

I have to join the club and say Tracy Thomas at the McGinnis Ferry Rd. location in Alpharetta delivers some of the best--if not the best--customer service I've ever experienced. She's fantastic, genuinely authentic, and truly cares. If you walk in with a frown, you'll leave with a smile. Tracy is simply amazing!

How exceptionally professional to walk into an establishment and be greeted with such genuine concern! The ladies at the facility located near CampCreek were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and well maintained and this is why I have chosen to continue bringing my possessions to this location. Thank you for your continued services.

Really clean facility and easy to access. Very friendly and helpful onsite staff. However, in 12 months my rate has increased 70%. They are a month to month company so this is within their right but they prey on the fact that it is difficult to move your items once they are there and that people aren't paying attention. I am in now way receiving 70% more than when I signed up 12 months ago. I'm currently looking for other space storage options.

I went to Extra Space Storage on Saturday just to check out the facility and options. Immediately upon entering the office I was greeted by all three employees behind the desk. There was one other customer ahead of me but my wait time was less than a minute before I was getting help. My customer service person was Michelle. And she was fantastic.
