Excellent store manager, Leiza Ortiz is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She gave us several suggestions on moving our belongings into storage. The storage facility is clean and easy to navigate. We had an overall superior experience.

My unit at Extra Space Storage 430 Bishop Street was robbed. There are only a few security cameras at the entrance but not anywhere inside the facility. There are rafters over the units that people can easily squeeze through, especially if there are adjacent empty units. The lock provided by Extra Space was also drilled by the criminals and replaced with a new lock lying on the floor from the neighboring empty unit.
