5 Stars I can't say enough great things about Jayann, the store manager at Extra Space Storage! From day one during the COVID pandemic when everything was shut down in Santee, she's been incredibly helpful, and professional. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly--and it shows. The facility itself is immaculate and safe! I came into extra space storage today to rent a unit. Jayann is the one who helped me and she was fantastic. she took me to several units so I could pick the one that worked best for me and gave such great customer service. I had so many questions and she answered them all with patience and kindness. I would highly recommend renting a unit from this place and hope Jayann is the one who helps you. she was the best!

Used this facility for 4 years. Outstanding. Manager is the best and works to assist esp. When moving out of state and leaving somethings is San Diego. I highly recommend c ommend.

This comment is intended for my units at Extra Space Storage- 10115 Mission Gorge Road, Santee, Ca. I've stored my belongings there for years and I cannot tell you how safe I feel that they are protected and safe. The property is always clean and well cared for, day or night, and security is of the highest quality. Any details on my units I can conveniently hear with a simple phone call- there is never a delay, or holding on to speak with my store managers. We got in within the same hour we paid online. It was quick and easy. The room wasn't super clean but outside of that, everything was nearly perfect. The lady that helped me in the office was very welcoming and provided all the information we needed.
