I have had to use Extra Space Storage twice and both experiences were exceptional!!! Amazing Customer Service from staff and reasonable rates. Love the location right here in Santee near everything.

Love this storage in santte the boss lay is kinda strict about the rules... but straight up ....cool af... we used them perversely... and was joyed to see jayann still works hear.... so I rented again.........

Renting a storage unit was easy using their website. I did need to talk to the manager but she was very friendly and efficient and got everything squared away. When my husband and I went down to start putting things in the unit we found it very clean and there was a lock inside for us. Excellent all around.

Recently had to find a storage unit and quick. The people at the front desk were so kind and helpful and made a stressful situation so much easier! Also, love that all the units are on ground floor so you don't have to trek up and down a stairwell just to get to your things!

I had a unit here for 3 years and never had any issues. I was always notified in a timely manner of there was any changes in the rates, new doors or anything else they planned on doing. The staff was always approachable, helped me anove and beyond if there was any issues. Always the areas were clean and tidy. Thanks for everything.
