I will say that the facility is clean & well maintained. It also sports a lot of security measures (CCTV, one way entry/ exit gates). And they start you off at a decent rental rate. However, the rate doesn't stay decent if you rent for an extended period of time (I've rented for just under two years & rent has been raised three times). These people have terrible customer service and they're spaces are very small for the prices they charge. They are a rip off. Go to another place, like KISS or Public storage. Don't waste your time on this place.

Very professional and clean but discovered they didn't have any flat bed carts for us to use because they let people take them off premises!! What!?

I had a myriad of problems with them. Once I called to pay and they were repeating all my info out loud. When I asked them to please not do that since I know their office is open to customers and I was hearing two people talk in the background she just said it was her co-worker and he didn't understand English. Really? They return calls 2-3 days after you leave a message and only after I call again to complain they hadn't returned them.
