It's been a good storage place, and started out at about 150 a month which i though was a little high but was convenient to the area. In the past 6 Months they've increased the rate 3 times with hardy any notice. This time they at least called, last time they just sent an email.

This place is a complete joke. Unit was just okay... but for some reason we didn't get a light in our 10 x 10. Not the end of the world... I decided to cancel when they decided to arbitrarily raise the rent by 15% after a few months, and the told me it would be raised again in another 3 months. Not the best way to keep a customer. Screw these guys.

Got my storage unit broken into, the employees were extremely rude and unwilling to help until we showed them sign of entry. Manager told me they was a similar incident two years prior but the facility still failed to have any cameras inside the hallways to the storage units. The only cameras on sight are for the main drive way in and out of the facility, not inside the actual buildings. I've been in this storage for about 3 years now. I upgraded to a large size unit about 6 months ago for 265$ a month and life was good until a month ago, when they rented a unit across from mine to homeless people. I could not access my unit as there was trash, human feces and 2 crazy smelly bums talking about murdering people to me. Yes! Literally murdering people. You know when people are saying it's better at Public Storage that something is wrong. In the end, it doesn't matter how nice the people are or how clean the space is if there is bait and switch going on. Raising the rent three months into a lease agreement is noxious and disgusting and they do not tell you this when you rent. THEY DO NOT MENTION IT. I thought I had found a great deal...They lure you in to a great deal, just to raise your rent after the 3rd month! Granted that it is in the contract, but who reads the contract?! I will from now on, but they should point that out so they don't get bad reviews & a loss of business. Not cool to slip one passed your customers Extra Space Storage. They raise rents every 9 months, you don't even get a whole year and when you first rent it goes up in 3 months. This time it was 7%... 10 times the rate of inflation! last time it was 6%. This company is greedy. If I did not have a broken ankle (and being confined to a wheelchair) I would have moved out of here. A 5'X5' closet is now $96 per month. This is actually a comment on Extra Space the company, not the fine people who work at this location. They were great. Extra Space is a scam. I contracted a small (5x5) space last spring for the advertised rate of $51 - and then reluctantly agreed to cough up an extra $13 for the unadvertised mandatory insurance. I signed up for auto pay and only recently realized that my base rate of $51 had been jacked up to $66.
