Michael and Michelle have great customer service skills. They aim to meet the needs of the customer. I have been with this storage facility for three years I despite the costly price. As a team they make sure the facility is always clean and equipment available for customer us. I feel safe have my goods in their storage. I was going up move to another storage facility because of the constant price increase, but because of Michael and Michelle, I'm going to stay. They have made me a keeper! Vey clean affordable month to month storage that provides excellent customer service. Michael got me set up very informative and friendly. I moved all my stuff on the weekend when the office closed so I never called to cancel and got hit on the next billing cycle. But my pretty little savior Michelle saved me by honoring the fact I had my stuff out before then and they reimburse me!!! Now I can afford my rent at my new place and don't need storage anymore. Michael & Michelle are great. I've been at Extra Space Storage/VanOwen for several years and have never had a problem. It's easily accessible (renters have a private access code) and clean.

The team at Extra Space Storage has been a pleasure to work with. I searched for a few weeks to find an accessible unit and was able to find one after a call back from their office. Very clean units and professional staff. I was also looking for a parking spot with non available so I left my request with their office and 4 days later I received a call letting me know that a parking space opened up. I was and am very impressed with their follow up and ability to assist. Thank you.

Michael was so helpful in finding us the right space for the right cost. It ended up being the cheapest we could find around as well! Very happy customer and repeat customer as well!

I really love this Extra Space Storage location. It is kept very clean and the customer service is excellent. I dealt mostly with Michael and he was always extremely efficient. The reason I am giving a four star rating is because of the rates. The rates go up often. I also do not like that the insurance is mandatory. I think this is just another way of pocketing our money. It used to be optional.

Went in to rent a parking spot for my Altima. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
