Thomas was exceptional and the facilities were clean and safe
The place is well located and has a very friendly and informative staff. The location is always clean.
Tom is amazing! Love my clean well lit unit. I feel.safe going in late at night and love being in a secured indoor facility.
My experience was easy as pie to arrange, and Tom, the representative who set me up, did everything to make sure I got the best price I could and make sure my needs were met. Definitely happy!
The process was so easy and quick, exactly what I needed when I was in a pinch!

We've been a customer for over 10 years. It's clean. Air conditioned. Easy access. Secure. VERY helpful personnel. We've had a different storage facility years ago. It was cheaper. Even closer. Badly run. Dirty. No thanks. We'll stick with ESS.
