I've had a storage unit here for over 2 years now and never once have I had any problems. Tom is also the best. Any problems I have he's there to help.

Made a reservation online for a storage unit. Thomas the (Store Manager) called me the next day to let me know they had my reservation. Came in the following day and he showed me the unit and took care of me. I was in and out of there. Really great guy!!!

Love this place. Michelle was very friendly and helped us find the best space for my company. The prices and accessibility for larger vehicles is great as well. We will definitely be here for years!
Tom at Extra Space Storage made the process totally painless! We received the 1st month free and and we were actually able to rent a unit half the size of what we originally thought we would need (Tom helped us with that once he knew what we were storing there!). We really love this this place to help with storage needs:)
Best experience I've had using a storage facility. Tom, the manager, makes all the difference. Even if there's one closer to you, travel a little farther and come to this one. He will make you and your possessions feel safe. Also very fair prices.
Mickey is delightful in answering all my questions on the phone. Can't wait to pop in to meet the crew before my drop off. Update: just met with Tom, super cool guy. I am sold that this is probably the best storage rental units available in LA!!!
The facility and the manager, Tom, are both excellent. The place is clean, secure, and convenient. Tom is so accommodating with finding the best options for our needs, and helping us manage the move in / around the facility. Prices are a little higher than other facilities but it's excellent value for what you get, in my opinion. And you can manage the whole set up online, which is a huge benefit for me as I move around time zones.
