I had a complicated moving situation and had never used Extra Spage Storage because I didn't know there was anything better than Public Storage. OMG I'm so glad I found this company and especially the manager. Tom Lasley! I went in panicked and right away Tom has such a calming spirit that all of my pre and post moving anxiety was dissipated. Super convenient and I feel so secure keeping my things there - it feels very safe. The level of customer service I've experienced here has been so far above and beyond what I expected from self storage. Tom the manager is very professional and I always feels he's looking out for me and taking good care of my stuff! I would highly recommend it!

First of all the bad reviews for Tom are from people trying to hide wrongdoing of some sort ,its obvious.On to more obvious subjects.This gentleman Tom was nothing but helpful,polite,and a real pro at what he does.I was in a real bind not knowing whether to move my stuff to another unit or STATE at a moments notice.I told this gentleman of my problem and he took the time to find me a larger unit at a moments notice.Furthermore he was clearly very busy and sensed my urgency but helped anyway.He did not have to do what he did ... read more

Not sure what the other reviewers are talking about. This place is great and Tom is super nice and considerate. The facility is very clean, safe, and well protected. I would definitely recommend this storage facility. The location is great since it's very close to the Good Will, so you can quickly and easily donate anything you don't want to store.

The Studio City Extra Space facility is one of the best I've ever used. I was at the Concord Ca facility before relocating to Studio City. Concord was good but the Studio City facility is the best so far. I have been at the Studio City facility for almost 8 years now. The facility is always kept very clean, I have never seen any kind of pest or even dust build up, which amazed me. I was robbed. I believe it was an inside job. Never in the years that I have been traveling, have I ever been robbed. The manager knows who it is and allowed it to happen three times.
