Tom at Extra Space Storage made the process totally painless! We received the 1st month free and and we were actually able to rent a unit half the size of what we originally thought we would need (Tom helped us with that once he knew what we were storing there!). We really love this this place to help with storage needs:)
Best experience I've had using a storage facility. Tom, the manager, makes all the difference. Even if there's one closer to you, travel a little farther and come to this one. He will make you and your possessions feel safe. Also very fair prices.
Mickey is delightful in answering all my questions on the phone. Can't wait to pop in to meet the crew before my drop off. Update: just met with Tom, super cool guy. I am sold that this is probably the best storage rental units available in LA!!!
The facility and the manager, Tom, are both excellent. The place is clean, secure, and convenient. Tom is so accommodating with finding the best options for our needs, and helping us manage the move in / around the facility. Prices are a little higher than other facilities but it's excellent value for what you get, in my opinion. And you can manage the whole set up online, which is a huge benefit for me as I move around time zones.
This place has great hours, non restrictive loved it! The location was great, clean and well lit. I would recommend it.
I live in El Paso, Texas and had a situation that I needed to get some items stored for a few days so a transportation company can pick it up. The first personal I talked to Chantel was amazing and so helpful. Then Thomas called me to discuss the situation. I was able to set up the arrangements here. Had a amazing experience with Tom, he really took care of me. I called and set up an appointment and once I got there it didn't take long before I got everything covered.
I have had my belongings in storage several times.I have used different company's.Extra space in Studio City in by far the best storage facitily I have seen.Its always clean,well lit,temp is always cool.But the best thing about this place is the staff.Tom the manager has kept me there for the past 8 years.I probably would have moved my stuff because of the rent increase over 8 years.when I looked at other places there just was not the customer service basically Tom was not there.This is a great storage place.My wife feels sa... read more
