Extra Storage in Studio City goes above and beyond to meet my needs. I would highly recommend them for anyone in need of storage space. All of the employees there welcome me with a warm smile, ready to help.
Clean facility, one of the nicer places I've used. Jimmy was helpful and professional and even gave us a courtesy call to close out our account before we got the chance to notify that we had completed our move out of the unit.
Highly recommend this storage facility. It's well maintained, high tech (use an app to access stuff / can use a key too) and sells all the supplies you need such as locks and shipping supplies. They go above and beyond with the customer service.
Great experience. Tom is great and works with you when u have fallen behind. Also very clean and safe units.
Jimmy was extremely helpful in finding a solution to my storage problem. I'm very grateful for his friendliness and courtesy.
