Do not rent from Extra Space Storage. 1. Hidden in their agreement is that they can (and do) raise your rent at any time. 2. After ONE MONTH at the advertised rate that I signed up for ($167/mo) they raised it by 50%!!! 3. Without notice!!! 4. Only when I called them on this did they agree to a PARTIAL refund, and would not guarantee future increases would not happen. My unit was broken into, and several thousand dollars worth of items were stolen. I filed a police report, and the manager on-site did absolutely nothing to help me, offered me no discount to move into a new unit, and barely acknowledged my grievances. The manager even refused to provide surveillance footage, which has me suspecting that it was an inside job. Your belongings are not safe here!

I urge you to think twice if you are considering renting at this location or any other. Someone broke into my unit and stole two paintings, a large box that contained my son's new (1) school clothes for this fall, a (2) brand-new set of towels and (3) books, and photo album of my kids when they were young along with (2) two very large and expensive hampers, and my flute. I'm not sure if I should be writing this review or not, but here goes: I was looking for storage space and called these people. I got a super annoying person on the phone at some call center who went through her prepared script, saying annoying things. I don't know where to start with this location. I just moved all my stuff right down the street to Public Storage. My grievances are solely with Tom, the Manager at this location. Michelle (I believe this is her name ) who works on Friday and Saturday is amazingly nice. Its ashame that this company lets Tom be the manager because I am sure they lose plenty of customers because of it. I rented a unit from them through the great online tool and got what I thought was a good deal for such a prime location. The manager was very friendly and the building and unit super clean. A few short months into the contract I got a notice that my rent was going up by a whopping 10%! Well over both the internet price and advertised in-house prices. My company had a storage unit for over a year and today we cleared it out. During the move out, I threw out some old broken CPU's in the dumpster. After signing the papers and was about to leave the lot in my UHaul, the front desk manager asked if it was my CPU in the dumpster...
