I rented a unit from them through the great online tool and got what I thought was a good deal for such a prime location. The manager was very friendly and the building and unit super clean. A few short months into the contract I got a notice that my rent was going up by a whopping 10%! Well over both the internet price and advertised in-house prices. My company had a storage unit for over a year and today we cleared it out. During the move out, I threw out some old broken CPU's in the dumpster. After signing the papers and was about to leave the lot in my UHaul, the front desk manager asked if it was my CPU in the dumpster...
