People that work at this location are GREAT....However it's been $$$$ ever since being there. They get you in by deals then raise your rent $50 after 5 months. Stick with the small storage places.

DO NOT STORE HERE! You may as well give your stuff away. Close friends lost more than half of their stuff. Lock was cut, and a new lock was put on? Zero attempts to notify to that something happen?? What does that say to you? Learned that this happens there often.....same story! There are much better, much more honest choices!

The place has a creepy feeling to it. I was shown a small 5 X 7 unit, (by an even creepier man), that was buried deep on the property. When we got to the building and upstairs, most of the lights didn't work, extremely dark. It was filthy and smelly. Walls looked they were never painted. They were filthy. DO NOT GO HERE!! I started off this day with a 5 star review. Keith asked me to give a review and told me his boss didn't think he could get a google review this week. Turns out they really want reviews, but they are lacking in putting the customer first. We had rented a 7 x 10 with a special on the internet for $90. Just so you all know, i wrote a review 8 months ago when my unit was broken into on 9-28-2016, well, nothing happened! For some reason the surveillance camera's were not clear. LOL!! What a joke!! Are you kidding me?? How convenient huh??? Oh and the best part is, after my unit was broken into and knowing what the value was lost, they so happen to change their security system. LOL!! Be careful and read your contract, this place has raised the price at least 3x's already on us!! What seems like a great deal for all you newbies becomes a rip when they continue to raise the rates which are now up to $152/mo for our box "per your agreement" which started at $95 in 2012. A whopping $57 a MONTH increase and for what exactly? What could possibly warrant a $50/mo increase? Better security, better access, longer hours of operation? None of these that I know of.

Inconvenient! Employees are useless. Gates are closed at all hours. Leaving soon! You ask them to open the gate they won't. You must have your code on you at all times. Nice job guys!

Called to make a payment on my locker.It was couple months pass due. forgot to pay ir before my vacation in Europe. Find out my stuff got sold and guy with the Fem accent hangs up on me and gives me an attitude when i called back. its like great customer service when your payiing but treat you like shit once they sell your stuff,. the guy wasnt helpful at all.

I do not recommend this place to anyone!!! The manager is very rude, he turned my service down for no reason, when I asked him why, he didn't have a explanation on why he's turn me down he told me to just leave & to never come back. Even his employe was shocked that he was being as rude as he was. The owner & Manger very rude..
