I've been renting for a couple of years. Had to downgrade once because the rental increases about 10% a month. There used to be some decent people there, but when I went today there was only girl in there. She said the other person was on vacation. Really? Only 2 people running the whole facility. There were 3 people in the room ahead of me. She told me that I came in the 'wrong' door and would have to circumnavigate the units to come in the other door. Online reservation doesn't work. did a online reservation they text me a gate code and said there is lock in the storage waiting for me. i drove 2 hours to bring a load into my storage the gate code doesn't work. what a joke. i would not recommend this storage for any kind of online reservations. i definitely regret my decision. saved a few dollars on the month rental but i lost more then what i saved in gas and time.

Came here a few weeks ago to get a unit. The rep is very friendly but just be careful of everything they say. She told me the 7x10 unit is $108. I said ok let me reserve. She said great I'll charge ur card to reserve. She said it'll b $185. I was like what?! She did tell me she added insurance, cost of lock n the $20 one time fee. I took off the lock n insurance so it went down to $128. Then I went to the unit and it just looked small so I actually measured it. It was 7x8' (not 7x10). They broke into my storage unit, made up some story about "how they caught the guy right after he cut my lock so they knew he didnt steal anything" made me come replace my lock and then raised the price on my rent the next month. When moving out I found a bag of rat poison tucked under my stuff in the front corner which proves they were the ones who cut my lock and they lied about it. I am writing this review because I met someone who in the course of a conversation mentioned his experience there . So here's mine : About 10 - 15 years ago the manager there , Warren Horsley , kept trying to goad me into snapping back at him . After many , many attempts I finally had a one sentance responce . The facility is great but I believe they are incredibly dishonest about their pricing. We got the unit at a discounted rate monthly, and were told that because of the discounted rate that we weren't eligible for the "first month free" promotion. 2 months into renting we got a notice that our rate had gone up $20 per month!!! That's insane and a total bait and switch after we have already moved all of our stuff in we obviously aren't going to move it out.

Found mice in all our stuff in storage. We reported it to extra space office and showed them pictures of all the mice droppings clearly visible outside many units as well as how it was all inside our boxes. They didn't care, no expression of any interest or concern at all to help or rectify this issue. They make you pay top dollar. Yet if they were doing their job they would have easily seen all the rat droppings in front of customers units.

I never had such a bad experience with a storage space like this. We decided to put our business merchandise in storage. The unit got broken into and a lot of merchandise was taken. We called the police and when they arrived they were suggesting to move to another storage facility since they had so many break ins. I was not able to send out my merchandise and lost a tin of business. I asked the manager also if he could review the tapes from the security camera pointing to the exit of our unit. We were ROBBED within THREE months of being at the facility. Needless to say, this is not the best place to be storing anything of value. On top of the LACK OF SECURITY, the customer service has to be the worse I have ever witnessed to date. My husband came into the office to speak to the manager to report his IMPECCABLE service and before we knew it our lease with the facility was threatened by the manager himself.
