There are 2 signs on each end of the property & they say FIRST MONTH FREE ....But when you ask the price &/or rent units they say "based on availability". Soooooo that REALLY seems like FALSE advertising. Take the signs down if the discount is not being offered! Also, the material in the units used for walls brush off on EVERYTHING, touch the wall with your stuff, it's covered in what appears to be sawdust, like it's breaking down, like you had it in there a century, not a few weeks.

There are no stars for this place! Another words Warren the property manager is a liar and never rent from this place ever! Unless you enjoy high rates, stealing a until on line out from under you, Extra Space gets you in at low price then raises the price every 5-6 months at a rate of 20%! Warren actually 86 me as he couldn't handle the fact that I found a lower rate online, & well it's a story basically I was 86ed from this storage place, please don't rent from Extra Space Storage!

Do not store your things here.......we had a 5x10 and wants to move to a 5x5......easy right? Simple move? Not at all......first of all....it was impossible to get them on the phone....I called for days because we dont have the Tim to go down there till we know we can make the move......nobody answered, and can you leave a message? I received a response from Extra Space Storage. Based on the response, they either don't care or can't read. The responded telling me they require all the storage units to have a lock. Having a lock was not the issue. The just received new doors which come with a lock which means I did not need the 2nd lock they told me to purchase and refused to let me return. The bigger issue that they failed to address completely is that they overcharged me by 50%.

I went to pick up a dresser at 9am and the guy on duty treated my husband and I like criminals and wouldn't let us onto the property, even though I had a key and my name was on the account. The other gate was open and my husband wanted to drive through the open gate (like everyone else was doing) and we were told we can't even walk onto the property. yall know what I am saying.. it's Orange County... I had to move out of the state for a year, so i left absolutely all of my things in the storage. All i took with me was my 2 luggages. I left all of my clothes, everything for my house (sheets, towels, plates, silverware, curtains, all my photo albums, my collections of things from all my trips, and everything u can imagine a person has i left it all. I came back after 15 months and went to my unit and there was nothing but some books.... All my 6 hugh boxes and my 3 suitcases with clothes and all my shoes all of it was gone... read more

I would NOT recommend using this facility and I feel this strongly! The staff or manager was abusive and belligerent when I entered the office to tell him my entry code was not working. My friend moved the car up to the gate while i plugged in my code. I tried it 4 times without success. As i entered the office another car pulled behind her thereby blocking her from backing up and entered there key code in the gate. once the gate opened there was nowhere for her to go except forward which meant she would be entering the ... read more

I would not store here. I had everything in storage for four months and half of it was stolen. They cut the lock off stole my stuff and put a new lock back on. Do not store anything here!
