Warren runs a tight ship over at Extra Space. I've rented two different units from them. I also know several others who rent from them. We're all very happy with the way they handle things. I moved my business from my garage into a small warehouse space here. Warren helped me get started and really made things go smoothly. I met with other managers on different properties, and nobody made me feel like "Yeah, this is where I want to rent." Until I met these guys. No shady deals. Run away from this place! Don't even consider renting a unit your belongings will be stolen! I had my unit broken into, the burglar was able to make out the code on the lock. No one knew I had a storage unit, no one knew it even existed. To me it seemed like it was an inside job and funny thing is when they tried to look up the footage surveillance of when the last time I was there, funny thing is that they couldn't "find me". So this was few years ago,,,BEWARE your rent will go every couple months, my locker was clean,,, so that was a plus but lots of Termite droppings,,,Also FOR SURE you will get broken into, my locker was broken into they took almost everything, the thing is they did not even call me and Tried to cover it up,,,I made a police report... I went to my unit my key did not work , someone put a new lock on it went to office...they played DUMB,,,,long story short the story came out when i called police,,,the office guys said 5 units... read more

People here are very nice. Facilities are clean. The only issue is they keep raising the rates. I was told by an employee "Our business model is for short term rentals only - therefore we will continue to raise our rate to meet demand because unit **** is in demand" So essentially once you pay them for a certain period of time and they have made enough money off you, they will raise your rate continuously until you leave and the new person comes in and pays the "higher rate" Last I checked that is called slum-lord tactics. THERES RATS !!!!!! There's an opening inside the storage at the top so they can hop from one storage to another. I have furniture, fridge, washer and dryer and there is rat poop everywhere

They get you with a low rate initially. After 3 months, expect a 25% increase in your fee, without warning. Move out process leaves me feeling off- why isn't anyone at the front desk, Tuesday, May 28 at 1:00pm, to help confirm move out process/questions. Why is nobody answering phones Wednesday, May 29 at 11:40am. I rented a storage unit. Later that day my cousin (who was listed on my contract as having authorized access to my unit), my aunt, and two missionaries from my church moved my stuff into the unit that evening. 24 hours later I recieved a phone call from the storage facility claiming they had told a person who was moving my property (they didnt specify who) that they weren't allowed on the property.
