The management and the employees they didn't respect the client at all even they can't open the door if there's any problem the manager he is Very aggressive with the clients , and they increase the rent by theme self without notes 2 times a year. This my experience with them!

this storage facility is by far the worst one I've ever stored at. I was there for 3 weeks and rhis guy Brian kicked me out. i asked the why and he told me for braking into other units! I've never done that and for him to accuse me of it is so wrong. he totally is stereotyping me cuz I have tattoos I bet. anyway F this place I hope one day he gets kicked out of the s hole!!

I've been a customer for over 3 years. The new girl in the office has horrible attitude and has changed policies. They now lock your code out of gate after only a couple days after payment due?! Terrible prices now too. I've gone up $56 in 1 month get storage from anywhere but here! I'll be taking my business elsewhere next month

Do NOT come here if you want to be treated with basic respect. I purchased a storage unit online and my husband went to pick it up. The manager, a younger woman (I think named Tetra), was very rude and disrespectful to my him when he entered the office. She barely acknowledged his presence and acted as if it was an inconvenience for her to help him. (Isn't that your job?) BEWARE!!! My storage unit at 7471 Warner Ave, Huntington Beach CA 92647 was discovered burglarized back on April 12, 2022 resulting in a loss totaling approximately $10,000. It was determined that my heavy duty Masterlock 80mm disc lock had been picked. I filed a claim and made a police report with HBPD. Dealing with the aftermath was an incredibly difficult, demoralizing and frustrating ordeal for me--so much so that it has taken me 4 months to muster the willpower to bring this matter to your attention. I have a 10x15 and they have doubled the price in 14 months. If you store your stuff here they will gouge you.

I'll start the review by saying Keith was great. He is super friendly and has an amazing customer service skills. The company itself doesn't have great internal communication as far as payment processing. Also my small unit had a leaking pipe in it damaging my items I had stored. Not happy about it. Considering the price I was paying for such a small storage until

Five stars to the gentleman who worked there and assisted me when I moved in, he was very pleasant. However, one star goes to the company because they started charging me on the day I called and made a reservation NOT from the day I moved in. Secondly, I have only rented the unit for two months and have already received a notice of a substantial rate increase! There is a lot of theft at this facility. The Manager is rude. My unit has been robbed. And The manager has not done anything to assist the police with investigation. In fact they asked me to move out! I was told they had many cameras and good surveillance on the property. Then why they have not done anything to identify who did the theft!!?? They do not have many cameras there. And if your unit is robbed nobody will help you! I suspect people who work at the facility did this. Horrible !!! Horrible place!!!
