Just signed on to lease a space with Jenica, Store Manager. The process online to complete the application before going to their office was easy. Then went in the office to finalize agreement with Jenica was easy as well. Jenica's customer service was/is excellent and was eager to help with any more questions/concerns I had. Please look into this facilitator for your storage needs.

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because this location did not have a kiosk . I arrived and the location was not yet open. When I went to my unit it did not properly close but as I was walking to the office the manager Jenica was already calling me and was quick to change my unit . She was very helpful and accommodating, even came to help us find carts and figure out that you have to wait a few seconds before you push the elevator button , we all learned something new !!

They communicated with me prior to my arrival so I knew when to come by the office. The staff was very helpful, polite and professional.

I needed help to storage my car. Costumer service was amazing! the lady who took care of me Jelica helped me figure it out what was the bes option. Very recommended!

I went to the Extra Storage at 1520 Willow in Menlo Park, and had the very best experience renting a unit. Kelsie enlightening me with her professional and lively spirit, making me to feel at ease about my belongings being safe there. Kelsie definitely has great customer service skills and a lot of knowledge when it comes to the size of unit you'll need to purchase. Great experience getting set up with a unit here. Russell was super friendly and professional, answered all of my questions, and had me set up/leased in no time. Good specials on the units (at the time I booked) and nice, clean, secure location. Would recommend!

I had an excellent experience. The space was clean and convenient. The service from the office was very professional. They returned my call when they said they would and kept my reservation when a previous tenant hadn't moved out all of their belongings. I would definitely recommend this storage place.
