A great place to store your stuff. The facilities are nice, clean, and large. The rates are affordable and beat out many competitors. Felix, the manager, also gave me a free lock when I bought my storage unit! I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Menlo Park.
We went to Extra Space Storage in Menlo Park today after reserving a storage unit for our son, who recently graduated. Felix, the manager, and his wife were extremely helpful and pleasant. They explained everything to us and were very professional. The storage unit we rented was clean and spacious. They answered all of our questions. Great and very helpful managers at this facility. Very eager to assist with any and all concerns. Clean well managed facility. Only negative is exiting facility right turn only so have to go aways in traffic to turn around.
The owners were very nice and helpful in getting me into the right sized unit on short notice... Made my apartment move out very smooth! Thanks Felix and Renee!
Very friendly and helpful staff. And flexible. I had an item delivered that was too large for my unit. They switched me to a suitable unit immediately. I recommend them to anyone.
Felix is a great help. Made the move as easy as one could expect. He made a lot of cost saving suggestions and instead of selling me bubble wrap he just gave me some that a previous renter had left. He could have made an extra buck, but he put customer service first.
I had a unit here for several years, under management first as All Aboard Mini Storage and later as Extra Space Storage. The facility is convenient, clean, and professionally managed by friendly people. I have recommended it to others without reservations.
Felix and Renee Moya are the best. They helped my wife and I solve our storage problems in one visit. They are not only good business people but good people people (and I meant to repeat the word people!). The facility is spotless, easily accessible, and super convenient.
