I had a horrible experience with this storage center. I worked with Felix to hold a few units for me and they accidentally let one of my units go and wouldn't honor the rate I locked in. The rental unit then increased by $100/month! I will never work with this facility again--horrible experience. I don't trust their people or their automatic reservation system.

This is one of the worst storage facilities I've ever been to the wife of the manager is a very rude rude disrespectful unprofessional unbusinesslike person. I'm surprised extra storage lets this lady work for them. Used the storage space since they were called something else, mostly for personal storage and later mostly for business storage. Something that was always curious to me was the rat poison placed in my storage unit and all the rat excrement. I never placed the poison in my unit! This facility is very well kept - however, Your items are not safe here!!. If someone enters your unit, you will never know until you visit your unit and find out that your unit has been invaded. Felix and Renee knew someone entered my unit and did not make any effort to let me know. I was a student looking for storage for the summer when I came across fliers advertising a discount introductory rate for All Aboard Mini Storage. I decided to go with it because I would be saving $25 over a competing storage facility. Do not be fooled by the discount.
