Rommel (Rom) was extremely helpful. This is my first time renting at this facility and he walked me through all my questions, like how to get in and out, which elevator to take, parking, how to cancel when I no longer need the space, etc. I would highly recommend.

Ray was amazing! After a comprehensive search of Bay Area, peninsula area storage facilities, I just opened a rental unit here at this location and the service was the best I've experienced at any business. I feel confident that my things will be safe here, especially due to the on-site, live-in manager. They are having a great move-in deal and I received half off the first month's rent. Recently rented a storage unit from Felix at Extra Space Storage in Menlo Park. He and his wife are very friendly and professional. They keep the facility very clean which I appreciate. They called me to confirm our appointment time before arrival and when I arrived Felix drove me around the facility to show me all the available options for storage unit locations so that I felt comfortable with the distance from the gate. The storage is clean, the place is very safe and Felix who is the store manage was very helpful and kind.
Great service. Our shipment from overseas was delayed but Felix and Renee were very accomodating with date changes. They also gave us a great range of options. The facility feels very secure and is also in a convenient location.
My family kept our belongings here for over a year. We rested well knowing that things would be secured and protected. This specific location is very convieniently located next to the Dumbarton By a ridge and the bay most especially. Both Phelix and Sarah were very nice and helpful when we needed to access multiple units. Their professionalism always relieved the stress during our moving projects.
