Makenna at the Palm Springs location has excellent service! She was such a great help. I had went to the other location in Palm Springs and she was also there! She helped me move into a bigger storage unit because the one I purchased was too small but she made the process easy and FAST to switch. She explained the terms and conditions very well. She also gave me a great location for my storage unit that exceeded my expectations. Thank you Makenna!

I want to extend my experience to not only the Manager Emmanuel Martinez. I believe this should be recognized by his superiors. When I moved to town Mar 2023, it was a shot in the dark, looking for storages. So I registered on line, received my information. I called Extra Space Storage and was greeted by Mr. Martinez. I was really impressed by the facility manager Emanuel. He just made the process very smooth and he was delightful to work with. Th facility is clean and well kept. I've never used a storage facility before. Thus far I'm very satisfied.

always friendly and very helpful. Patient when I don't understand things. Their place is always kept clean and easily accessible. I do agree that the rent increases are more than I pay at other places, but I am comfortable right now, besides, I haven't been able to find anything in the area for less. They also give me a senior discount. I'm happy where I am right now.
